N-Power and Beyond
The N-Power programme has provided skills training and stipends to hundreds of thousands of young Nigerians in education, health, agriculture, and technology. Graduates of the programme have gone on to start businesses, gain formal employment, and contribute to their communities.
The Tony Elumelu Foundation and Other Private Sector Initiatives
Beyond government, private sector foundations and international development partners offer grants, mentorship, and incubation support to young Nigerian entrepreneurs. Programmes like the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme, the Bank of Industry Youth Entrepreneurship Support Programme, and state-level SME funds provide critical seed capital.
ENPUAI’s Youth Leadership Academy
ENPUAI’s own Youth Leadership Academy has graduated over 500 young peacebuilders across Plateau State alone. The Academy combines leadership training with conflict resolution skills, producing young people who are not just economically empowered but who actively contribute to peace in their communities.
