Work Location: Abuja & Lagos, Nigeria

Are you passionate about peacebuilding and conflict resolution? Do you want to design programmes that transform division into dialogue and help communities across Nigeria live in unity? Do you believe your work can change the trajectory of Nigeria’s future?

Primary Responsibilities

Programme Design: Develop and implement peace education, intercultural dialogue, and conflict resolution programmes in target communities across Nigeria’s 36 states.

Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with traditional rulers, religious leaders, youth groups, and women’s associations to ensure inclusive participation in all ENPUAI activities.

Monitoring & Evaluation: Track programme outcomes against set KPIs, document impact stories from communities, and submit monthly progress reports to the programmes team.

Partnership Coordination: Collaborate with state-level government agencies, UN bodies, and civil society organisations on joint peacebuilding initiatives across Nigeria.

Capacity Building: Facilitate training workshops for community peacebuilders, youth ambassadors, and local volunteers to strengthen Nigeria’s grassroots peace architecture.

Work Location: Field-Based, Anywhere in Nigeria

Are you a young Nigerian who believes in building the next generation of peace leaders? Can you inspire, train, and mentor youth aged 15–35 to become powerful agents of change in their communities across Nigeria’s diverse ethnic landscape?

Primary Responsibilities

Training Delivery: Design and facilitate leadership development workshops, civic education sessions, and intercultural dialogue forums for young Nigerians across diverse ethnic and religious communities.

Youth Mobilisation: Recruit, onboard, and mentor youth ambassadors across 250+ ethnic communities, maintaining strict diversity and gender inclusion in all programmes.

Communication: Manage youth feedback channels and represent the voices of young participants in programme planning meetings and national advocacy forums.

Institutional Partnerships: Collaborate with universities, polytechnics, secondary schools, and youth-serving organisations to extend ENPUAI’s reach and deepen its impact.

Reporting & Documentation: Document youth stories and programme outcomes, update the programme database, and contribute to quarterly impact reports and donor communications.

Work Location: Lagos or Remote, Nigeria

Are you a storyteller with a heart for social justice? Can you craft compelling narratives that amplify ENPUAI’s peacebuilding mission and inspire communities, donors, and partners to believe in a more unified Nigeria?

Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce written, visual, and multimedia content — including articles, videos, social media posts, and impact stories — that amplifies ENPUAI’s peacebuilding work across Nigeria.

Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and bloggers covering civil society, peace, security, and development in Nigeria and across Africa.

Digital Strategy: Manage ENPUAI’s social media channels, grow online community engagement, and use analytics to optimise content reach and amplify our impact stories.

Advocacy Communications: Support policy advocacy campaigns on peace, security, and ethnic relations in Nigeria, producing briefs, talking points, and compelling campaign materials.

Internal Communications: Prepare newsletters, briefings, and presentations for staff, volunteers, board members, and key stakeholders to keep them informed, motivated, and engaged.

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional who wants your financial and administrative expertise to serve peace? Can you help ENPUAI maintain the financial integrity and operational efficiency needed to scale our impact across Nigeria?

Primary Responsibilities

Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, prepare monthly accounts, process payments, and support the annual audit process in full compliance with Nigerian NGO financial regulations.

Grant Reporting: Prepare financial reports and budgets for grants and donor funding, ensuring full compliance with donor requirements and applicable fund management standards.

Administrative Support: Manage organisational documentation, coordinate procurement processes, oversee office administration, and support the executive team with scheduling and logistics.

Payroll & HR Administration: Process monthly payroll for staff and stipends for volunteers, maintain personnel files, and support onboarding of new team members in accordance with Nigerian labour law.

Compliance & Governance: Monitor compliance with CAMA 2020 requirements, SCUML registration obligations, and all applicable NGO regulatory requirements, keeping accurate compliance records.
